We offer Free Shipping for all the customers in Kenya.
We process orders between Monday and Saturday, excluding local national holidays. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.

All the products selling on this site will be shipped from overseas, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 working days. Your order will be delivered to you by a local courier.

About Payment

What payment options do I have on Juma Store?
Juma Store supports two type of payment options:

A. Pay on Delivery

This means you pay once you have received your package. You can pay by cash after you have inspected the item.

Only available when delivered within Kenya on customers door step.

B. Online payment

This means making payment in advance (before receiving the package) by submitting your payment online.

If using Pesapal you will incur a payment processing fee of 3%.

You should make the online payment within 12 hours, otherwise the order is automatically cancelled.

 

How do I pay for an order?
A. Pay on Delivery

You should check the amount on the receipt and pay the exact amount written and nothing extra.

You can pay in cash, direct bank transfer, or M-pesa and give the rider the transaction no. which he will record.

B. Online Payment

Click on ‘PesaPal Payment’ or ‘Bank Transfer’ and proceed to pay by following instructions on next page. The details are provided on the website.

We accept Mpesa, Visa cards, MasterCard’s, American Express, Airtel Money and direct Bank Transfers.

Juma Store is registered as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.

We offer the most convenient payment method: COD(Cash On Delivery) and Prepay Online, you can pay through M-PESA for your package when our Delivery Associates bring it to your door step. It’s easy, fast and secure!

You can inspect the goods before you pay.

 

Returns

1.The return application for products purchased on www.jumastorekenya.com must be submitted online. If you do not submit a return request within 7 days after receiving the products (counting from the first day when the Juma Store Kenya order system confirms the receipt), we will not accept any form of return or exchange. When returning the goods, please provide your order number and the reason for the return (the content must include text and video description). Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions after the return is approved.

2.We only accept products purchased directly on www.jumastorekenya.com. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for return.

3.The returned products must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documents.

4.The returned products must be unused, in the same condition as when we sent it to you, and in the original packaging. No stains, folded cards, broken seals or broken plastic foils will be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is unacceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the product. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

5.Non-returnable products include, but are not limited to, personal clothing, spray products, disposable products and other consumable products that affect secondary sales, as well as products purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to improper handling by customers.

6.Products that have been washed, used, altered or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.

7.Juma Store Kenya has reasons to refuse the return request without a receipt. Juma Store Kenya reserves the right to refuse any return.

8.You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned goods. If the shipping fee is insufficient, we have the right to refuse to return the products, and the additional costs incurred will be borne by you. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Juma Store Kenya will only pay the shipping costs for defective products.

9.If you have a request of changing the size of the item, we need to charge a certain amount of shipping fee. Shipping fee standard: in Nairobi and within the area will be charged 399 Kenyan shillings; outside of Nairobi will be charged 499 Kenyan shillings.

10.In case of any dispute, Juma Store Kenya reserves the right of final decision.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Mpesa account within 7 days.

3.If you have not received the refund, please check your account. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

4.All the above operations have been completed, but you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dingshengintl@163.com.
